What we collect when you call

When you call us, we receive:

• your phone number;
• call details, such as the time and length of the call;
• the details you choose to share about the job, such as your name, the address of the job and a description of the problem.

Calls may be recorded.

Our contact form

When you send the form on our Contact page, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, the address of the job, the service you need and your message. We use it only to get back to you about the job, the same way we use details you share on a call. It may be stored by the service provider that runs our phone line and lead system.

What we collect when you browse

Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We also use cookies or similar technologies so the site works properly and so we can see, in general terms, how visitors use it.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your call or message;
• provide the service you ask for and follow up on it;
• improve the quality of our calls and service;
• understand where our calls come from, so we know how customers find us;
• keep this website working and improve it.

Who we share it with

Call details, form details and job details may be shared with service providers who help us run our phone line and our operations, and only as far as they need them for those purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as handling your job and any follow-up, or as long as the law requires. After that, it is deleted or no longer kept in a form that identifies you.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work for reading. If you want to ask about the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, give us a call or send us a message through our Contact page.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
